Exchange of goods
We would like to note, that only a new product that has no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, must be preserved: completeness, integrity and all packaging components, labels, factory markings and the buyer has the original document confirming the purchase of the corresponding product. Violation of any of these clauses leaves the store with the right to refuse the buyer the exchange or return of the product
Return of the product
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, our customers have the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the product did not satisfy them in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons it cannot be used as intended. The buyer has the right to exchange goods of appropriate quality within fourteen calendar days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that all norms stipulated by the Law are met.
The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" specifies the list of goods that cannot be exchanged (returned), namely:
- hair brushes, combs, massage brushes;
- disposable products;
- brushes and brush sets;
- files, buffs, polishers;

- manicure tools;
- varnishes and gel polishes;
- products in aerosol packaging;
- pins and hairpins;
- promotional and discounted goods;
- printed publications
- shaving devices
- products from natural and artificial hair
This list of products can be returned only due to the detection of defects or inconsistencies in the order.
Product exchange/return procedure (gel varnishes, varnishes, gels and etc.) of improper quality, which was put into operation / not put into operation:

- After receiving the return application, our managers will contact you to clarify the details within three working days.
- After agreement with the manager, the client sends the product to the online store (at the client's expense). . Diagnostics is carried out within 5 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods. The result of the exchange / return will be known after the diagnosis.
- If the defect or non-conformity of the order is confirmed, the store will compensate the purchased product, if the defect or non-conformity of the order is not detected - the product will be sent to the buyer, without compensation for the costs of forwarding.

Refund
Refund is made based on the results of consideration of the application to the company.
In the case of a positive decision, the refund is made by non-cash payment within 3 working days to the bank card specified by the client.
